Data request ​

Use this form to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop or limit how we use it. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights.

We'll email you to confirm the request came from you, and respond within 30 days. If a Salesmortem customer surveyed you or has you in their CRM, they control that information, so we'll pass your request to them and help them respond.
